| In 1976, the Salim family ventured into the
baking industry. Presently, Capital Foods Limited boasts of over
3 decades of experience in the food, flour and bakery ingredients
production, distribution, and marketing industry. The 13 acres of premises in Lilongwe houses an amalgamated factory and warehousing area of over 20,000 square metres. Our recently expanded Buhler Mill has a monthly production capacity of 10,000 metric tonnes. Our market presence includes bakeries, the confectionery industry and wholesalers. Not only do we produce and supply various lines of wheat flour, but produce tailor made flour, bread improvers and premixes as well as other bakery ingredients. |
